It’s fun to do your cardio with a group! This Certified Instructor led class incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on either treadmill or ArcTrainer. It is based on individual PRE (Perceived Rate of Exertion), so you get to determine what pace is comfortable for you. With individual heart rates monitored on TV screens, you’ll be safely burning excess fat while building cardiovascular endurance.
This class combines elements of yoga, flexibility, stability and core strength to improve overall body functionality so you can bend and straighten without undue pain or fatigue. Flexibility and mobility are important aspects of training and recovery that will keep you moving effectively and without pain. Our stretch and mobility classes will leave you feeling rested, restored and ready for your next workout!
Stretchy band training provides a smooth and comfortable training experience that stimulates the muscle with what is called “variable resistance.”
So you’ll feel the resistance progressing from easy to more challenging as you elongate and shorten the band. This is a fun and “easy on the joints” workout that will challenge both your muscles and your cardiovascular system!
