12-WEEK TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE (24 SESSIONS + )

Identical to our 36-session 12-Week Transformation Program, this plan gives you 2 private personal training sessions per week, with your third training day being a GROUP TRAINING CLASS.



If you enjoy the camaraderie of a group class, with the same high quality instruction and design as our private personal training sessions, this may be a good option for you!

COUPLES SPECIAL (ADD A SPOUSE FOR $99)

At Get Age Fit, under the care of your dedicated personal trainer for all of your weight training sessions, you're never left to figure anything out on your own.


To make your training experience even better, invite a spouse, family member, or friend! When you sign up for a 12-Week Transformation, a second person can join all of your training sessions for just $99 per month, complete with all the perks! No need to be at the same training level, as each person on the team receives personalized training based on their age, fitness level, and other considerations.

It is a seamless and fun way to transform together!

Our onboarding process for new clients begins with your initial free consultation, which includes a studio tour and a basic health history questionnaire.

Next, you will receive a complimentary non-invasive InBody270 body composition scan, which will give us a baseline of your body make-up so we can monitor all aspects of your body transformation.


We will then sit down together and go through your health history questionnaire and body scan, and we’ll address any health/injury/fitness concerns you have before starting our program.

Finally, we’ll go over the nuts and bolts of how the training, nutrition, and cardio programs work, and how each of the components work together synergistically to fuel your complete body transformation.

NEW-CLIENT ONBOARDING (CON’T)

If what you learned about our gym and training program in your initial consultation excites you, and you would like to take us for a test drive, we’ll schedule a free 45-minute private training session with one of our NASM-Certified Personal Trainers. You’ll experience the time-under-tension training that makes our program special and effective. Lighter weights, proper form, results.


Following your session, we will go over the training options, rates, and specials, and we’ll answer any additional questions you may have about our program. Once you have decided on the format that fits your needs, we will pair you with the personal trainer that fits your needs and schedule, and we will get you set up with your nutrition and cardio training consultation.


Our onboarding process is designed to give you a transparent, informative, and experimental understanding of what it would be like to be a part of the Get Age Fit family. Whether you visit us once or for stick around for an entire transformation, we are grateful for the opportunity to work with you!

BONUS! Your training sessions act like “rollover minutes,” where any missed sessions will rollover into the next month, meaning you’re never going to lose your sessions due a planned vacation or travel.
