I’m Lenny Jones, and have been married to my wife Cindi for 31 years. We have a 21 year old daughter and 15 year old son.
I have been training with weights since I was 15 years old, but became serious and made it a part of my life in my mid-30’s and 40’s.
I am now 61 years old, and through weight training, cardio and balanced nutrition, I keep my body fat between 6% and 8% year round.
My favorite mentor is Bill Phillips creator of Body For Life. I highly recommend reading that book before starting your training.. it is scientifically sound, and incorporates many of the techniques I use with my clients.
I like training at Get Age Fit because it’s a no nonsense, up beat and positive gym that instructs and helps people regardless of their fitness levels.
