Get Age Fit’s 12-week nutrition and age appropriate exercise program is science based, simple and effective.
The dietary component of the program is comprised of small meals of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours, up to six times a day. (No pre-packaged foods.)
The exercise component is based on the “time-under-tension” weight training principle, utilizing lighter weight in a controlled and safe manner for greater muscle stimulation.
Each workout takes about 45-60 minutes to complete, three times per week.
Also included is a short duration, varying intensity cardio program ranging from 15-30 minutes three times per week.
On the seventh day, you can eat whatever you want and take a break from workouts.
