My name is Cindie Jones and I am both a mother and a wife as well as Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Coach.
I have almost 20 years experience helping people change their lives through both diet and consistent exercise.
I struggled with being overweight for many years and have lost over 250lbs in 50-60lb increments many times over.
In 2003 I decided to quit dieting, turn my life around and start a journey toward wellness.
I started exercising and moving my body, and combined with healthy nutrition, lost 60 pounds in 2003. I have kept that weight off for nearly 20 years.
My PASSION is in helping others change the course of their life and live a life of wellness; body, mind and soul.
